eight cubes[EARTH&MOON] TWISTABLE GLOBE
This reversible globe packs the moon and the Earth in one cube. On one side, it depicts moon's topography and the locations of spacecraft's successful landings on the Moon. By twisting the eight inter-locking cubes, you can convert the moon to the Earth. The globe depicts where and when you can observe solar eclipses from 2014 to 2040.
This moon globe is made based on the data collected by KAGUYA, Japanese lunar orbiter spacecraft produced and launched by JAXA.

The globe glows in the dark. Fluorescent ink is printed on the surface on moon side and the areas on the Earth side where we can observe eclipse.
The globe has two sides. On one side it visualizes moon's topography with landing points of the Apolos and other lunar landers. On the other sides it visualizes the Earth with areas where and when you can observe solar eclipses in the future. You can quickly convert the moon to the Earth by twisting the looped eight cubes.
You can quickly convert a globe to the other globe by twisting the looped eight cubes.
You need first fold a slip to make a knot shaped like "8." Then you need to assemble these 8-knot-shaped units to make the globe composed by eight looped cubes.
